The MOVE

Ok.  So I moved to Cincinnati, Ohio.  Some of you knew that.  I choose to keep my decision to move to close friends only.  So if you knew about the move, I consider you a close friend.  🙂

So choice to move to Cincinnati was so I could be closer to my daughter.  I have lived in Cincinnati before and I moved away.  I am not really a man that stays in one place for a long period of time.  I enjoy moving.  The United States is my oyster!

Now that the sappy stuff is out of the way… the move took 4 weeks and 7 trips across the country (one of them involving Wyoming… of course!)

  1. Austin, Tx to Cincinnati, Oh to take most of my things in a UHAUL trailer.
  2. Cincinnati, Tx to Dallas, Tx to take care of my mother.
  3. Dallas, Tx to Galveston, Tx
  4. Houston,Tx to Colorado Springs, Colorado
  5. Colorado Springs to Saratoga, WYOMING!!!
  6. Wyoming to Austin, Tx
  7. Austin, Tx to Cincinnati, Oh

I MIGHT have gone a tad over load… but I had the time and the money to go to Wyoming so I fucking did.  I dragged Nick Bakay with me for trips 4-6. We brought both of our motorcycles and rode to the top of two mountains in two different states!   It was his first time in Wyoming and he was awestruck at its beauty.  Most are.  I still was.  There are not enough words to describe how beautiful Wyoming is.

I had a phase I was using when people asked where my home was…. “Home is where my motorcycle is currently.”  So poetic, so corny, so accurate.  I also turned over 100,000 miles on my Toyota RAV4!

My pictures tell a story that is behind the eyes of REAL people. People that have lived. People that have stories. People that have scars. My pictures tell that story 1001 words at a time. I believe there is beauty in all of us. My goal is to show you how beautiful you REALLY are!
